In the fourth quarter of 2022, the top five Maps and Navigation apps in Argentina showed varied performance trends in terms of downloads, active users, and revenue. The data, provided by Sensor Tower, highlights the following key insights:

Uber - Request a ride saw a notable increase in weekly downloads, starting from approximately 36K at the end of September and peaking at around 64K in mid-December. Weekly active users also showed a positive trend, growing from 1.83M to over 2M by mid-December before a slight dip to 1.86M in the final week.

Cabify experienced a steady growth in weekly downloads, beginning at about 30K and reaching a high of 61K in early December, before ending the quarter at 41K. Active users increased from 352K to a peak of 438K in mid-December, then declining to 360K by the end of the quarter.

DiDi Rider: Affordable rides showed a consistent rise in weekly downloads, starting at 27K and climbing to 48K in mid-December. Active users fluctuated slightly, with numbers ranging from 311K to a high of 339K, before settling at 280K by the end of December.

Moovit: Bus & Train Schedules had weekly downloads that varied between 27K and 37K throughout the quarter. Revenue for Moovit remained modest, ranging from $65 to $153 weekly. Active users saw a decline from 776K to 562K by the end of December, with some fluctuations in between.

Cabify Driver: app conductores showed an increase in weekly downloads, starting at 11K and peaking at 26K in mid-December. The app's active users also increased from 26K to 48K during the quarter before settling at 41K in the last week of December.
